Cuidados de enfermagem com pessoas em tratamento radioterápico: revisão integrativa da literatura

Analyze scientific evidence in the literature that addresses nursing care for people undergoing radiotherapy treatment. Method: integrative review, carried out in six stages, between September and December 2022, in the databases: Latin Literature American and Caribbean Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online, Nursing Database, by crossing the descriptors “nursing care” AND “radiotherapy”; “people-patients” AND “radiotherapy” and the respective translations in English, carrying out both crossings in each database. There was a time frame between 2017 and 2021 in the searches, with the aim of having updated scientific evidence. Results: the final sample consisted of nine articles. Regarding the recommended nursing care, between three and eleven indications were obtained per article. Three thematic categories were identified: care about adverse effects; skin care; care that promotes quality of life. Conclusion: nursing care is multidimensional and can guarantee qualified, ethical, humanized assistance, through the adoption of a comprehensive and resolute line of care. It is noteworthy that nurses have an important role in providing information and guidance to people undergoing radiotherapy treatment.
Desenvolvimento de tecnologia educacional para o bem viver de mulheres com endometriose: estudo metodológico

Develop educational technology for the well-being of women with endometriosis. Method: Methodological study carried out in three stages: literature review, construction of educational technology, content validation according to Pasquali's model. Health specialists participated in the validation, who signed the Free and Informed Consent Form and completed a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Descriptive statistics were used to calculate the Content Validity Index. Results: In the literature review stage, 20 articles and 9 generating themes were selected. From the theme-based construction, the first version of the technology emerged entitled “The Endometriosis Guide: care tips for living well”. In content validation, a Content Validation Index (CVI) of 0.83 (83%) was obtained. The suggestions made it possible to organize the final version of the technology. Conclusion: the educational technology was considered valid by the experts and could mediate educational activities with women with endometriosis
Desenvolvimento e validação de um guia para o bem viver de pessoas com insuficiência cardíaca

Develop educational technology for the good life of people living with Heart Failure. Method: Methodological study carried out in three stages: literature review, construction of an educational guide, content validation. The review was integrative. The guide was created using the CANVA program. Validation was according to the Pasquali model, carried out in a virtual environment and at a national level, with expert health judges, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Descriptive statistics were used to calculate the Content Validity Index, which for validation should be at least 0.7 Results: From the review, 8 generating themes emerged. After construction, the first version of the guide was obtained with 19 pages. In the validation stage, 8 experts participated and a global content validity index of 0.80 was obtained. The suggestions guided the production of the final version, which ended up with 29 pages. Conclusion: The guide was considered valid and appropriate for the well-being of the population affected by Heart Failure, thus being able to mediate educational actions carried out by health professionals

The dynamic should be applied by health professionals who carry out diabetes education as it requires specific knowledge. The educational tool to support the dynamics is Betinho, a doll made of felt. The dynamics and the doll were created by Nurse Elessandra Sicsú. The guide was based on the experience of the creator and on an integrative literature review, which allowed the identification and selection of scientific information and safe information, important for the practices of education in diabetes. The guide was validated by 18 specialist judges, who considered it appropriate. The Dinamics of Betinho is an Educational Technology (ET) to mediate diabetes education practices in an interactive and interactive and playful way. The little bet has all the parts body parts, including internal organs, and therein lies its advantage of use, because it can demonstrate which are the target organs of the disease, why they are affected and how to prevent this from happening.
