Based on this reality, our general objective is to analyze works that discuss bilingualism in the educational context, considering that for the hearing student the first language is Portuguese and for the deaf student it is Libras. So that we can strengthen our studies the works of Katschan (1986), Grosjean (1994), Pedroso (2010) and others. Still as a methodological course, the research is supported by the dialectical method, which Ghedin (1965) says that in this method “the socio-historical and dialectical character of social reality, bibliographic based on Severino (2007), is incorporated, as we will be analyzing works that comes to present research related to the Portuguese language and Libras in a bilingual way within the inclusive educational context.Item Análise socioliguística da expressão “que só” na fala de estudantes de uma escola no município de Maués-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Rodrigues, Maria Ocilane dos Santos; Castro, Franklin Roosevelt Martins deThe present paper has the objective of performing a sociolinguistic analysis regarding the use of the expression "inside" of the student from the 6th to 9th grade of a school in the municipality of Maui’s, a city in the interior of the state of Amazonas. All sociolinguistic aspects were included, such as grammatical and lexical interlinguistic variables between a formal language and a colloquial language, in which one can frame the expression of the object of study. For example, it was be analyzed whether the use of the expression is locally related or can be found in different places, as well as being a different context. Among the theorists who supported the work, the most relevant were Antunes (2009), who in contextualized grammar - cleaning the dust of simple ideas, talks about the interaction and influence that people exert on each other in communicative exchange; Weinreich, Labov, Herzog, (2006), who report witnessed experiences on variations in different linguistic communities in the work of empirical foundations for a theory of LANGUAGE CHANGE; Bechara (2009), who in Modern Portuguese Grammar, conceptualizes some different types of grammar and the meaning of adverb and adverbial phrase; Azeredo (2010) in Portuguese language under discussion: knowledge and teaching, talks about the language's ability to reinvent itself, to transform itself according to the context; Finally, Ilari and Basso (2014), in our work the Portuguese of us - the language we study and the language we speak, showing a little of the origin and expansion of Portuguese in BrazilItem As dificuldades na formação do hábito da leitura em alunos do ensino fundamental(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2020-08-02) Silva, Simone Teixeira da; Cardoso, Maria Celeste de SouzaThe research aimed to analyze how reading is developed in Portuguese language classes for the training of student readers in two classes of 9th grade of elementary school. It was through the observations made in the classroom with the application of questionnaires and interviews that we developed our theoretical-methodological path, we also opted for qualitative, observational and comparative research. Qualitative research allows one to analyze the peculiarity of each individual, through the observational method, one can add in a school environment to analyze on the spot the difficulties in forming the habit of reading and the comparative method was given to compare the training of student readers. about your difficulties in relation to the habit of reading. This research is supported by some theorists, such as: Antunes (2009), Bissoli & Chagas (2012), Coracini (2005), Cosson (2014), Freire (2009), Girotto & Souza (2010), Izabel Solé (1998), Martins (1986), and others. Therefore, it is understood the importance in the formation of the habit of reading, in its stimulation in childhood and consequently in the course of life since reading is part of the socio-cultural context of any human being.Item Escola e variação linguística- um estudo de caso entre alunos de uma turma de 6º ano do ensino fundamental de uma escola da rede pública de Maués(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Barbosa, Geisinara Leda; Cardoso, Maria Celeste de Souza; Cardoso, Maria Celeste de SouzaThis article aims to highlight the aspects of language bias in the school environment among 6th grade students in a class of elementary school. The relevance of this study is justified by the fact that this theme has not yet been adequately addressed in the school which is still linked to the mistaken idea of reproaching linguistic variations, insisting on teaching only the variety taken as standard. This research has sought to understand these language complications and the extent to which they may harm the student. Seeking to highlight the existing prejudices between speakers of a standard variety and a non-standard variety and thus bringing the importance of making students aware, the linguistic prejudice is due to the ignorance of not accepting the various languages that exist in our regions. The research is qualitative in nature, as it seeks to understand how this phenomenon occurs in the classroom. As a method of procedure we used the case study, the type of research was bibliographic and field research. The research was based on the following theorists: Antunes (2009), Bagno (1999), Bakhtin (1997); and others. Thus we understand that the recognition of the existence of many linguistic variations is linked to the social context that the student is included in and that schools should understand that the association of these variations is of paramount importance and understand that non-cultured norms should not be objects of prejudice. but respected as important elements of communication.Item A fala Mauesense: o apagamento do fonema R no final de palavras na fala de moradores do municipio de Maués AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-03) Tavares, Fabíola Pereira; Castro, Franklin Roosevelt M.de CastroThe main object of this research is to analyze the erasure of the phoneme / R / in the final position of words in the language spoken by residents of the Municipality of Maués. A theoretical-methodological path was developed seeking to structure and organize the ideas under study. The nature of the research is quantitative and as an approach method the inductive method was used, it is of a basic explanatory nature, the data were collected through interviews in which the identification of the phoneme / R / deletion at the end of words can occur. Theoretical support goes against Sociolinguistics, with theorists Labov (2008), Calvet (2002), Possenti (2002), Bagno (2009) and Bortoni-Ricardo (2009) who helped to better understand the studied theme. Through this research we can observe sociolinguistics as a fundamental role that leads us to understand the variations that occur in the language, such as the erasure of the phoneme / R / at the end of words in the speech of residents of Maués, which is also recurrent in the speech of almost all Portuguese speakers in Brazil.Item Fortalecimento de língua autóctone - Sateré-Mawé em ação em Maués-AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-08-02) Santos, Jomara Souza dos; Carvalho, Luis Alberto Mendes de; Carvalho, Luis Alberto Mendes deThe present Course Completion Work - TCC arose from the interest in studying certain aspects of strengthening the Sateré-Mawé Language, in Maués/AM. These HQ’s mentioned have characters with needs that share everyday situations with the other members of the class. Thus, to reference us, literature and theoretical contributions were sought from Barbosa (2004), Mantoan (1997), Ramos (2009) and others, in addition to some cartoonists such as Ziraldo-com Turma do Pererê-, where the authors they stimulate the expansion of new stories and characters and that, with the passage of time, made more researchers and educators recognize the pedagogical potential of comic books. Regarding the methodological path, the research is of a qualitative nature, through the dialectical method and bibliographic research.Item As HQS como incentivo para a prática de leitura em uma escola municipal de Maués(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Farias, Esther Jayanne Silva; Sicsu, Delma Pacheco; Sicsu, Delma PachecoThis research aims to investigate how comics can encourage the development of reading proficiency in 6th grade students of the Francisco Canindé Cavalcante Municipal School in Maués-Am. Thus, in the context of the research we present as a method of approach the dialectic and as a nature the field research that allows greater interaction between the subjects and the researched object, as instruments of data collection we use observation, questionnaires and the reading workshop held in the school that under a qualitative analysis of the data, which gave us clarity and opinion about the results achieved the light of the theoreticians Cagliari (1993), Libâneo (1994), Mendonça (2002), Vergueiro (2007), Ramos (2006) and NCPs As results, we emphasize the importance of HQ as an incentive to pleasure for reading and also as a methodological practice to be used by the teacher as a tool of encouragement and effective meaning of knowledge. The present work aimed to investigate how literary reading is being worked on in Portuguese language classes of elementary school students. There is a large deficit in the development of literary reading in the grades of elementary school, due to some factors: following the pedagogical proposals, lack of creativity of the faculty and monotonous classes. Generally, texts of literary genres are actually worked in high school, however, students end up having difficulty interpreting a literary text, this prevails because they do not have the habit of reading. Reading activity at school should not be limited to the classroom. It must go further, open doors, point paths, develop readers, new ways of reading, new readings. From the moment the student makes sense of what he is reading and finds a purpose in his reading, he will discover how much it is enjoyable to read, even within the school environment. The authors who supported the research were Carvalho (2015), Nóbrega (2014) and Batista (2016). The methodology adopted in this work begins with qualitative research, as it seeks to understand the reasons why literary reading is not explained in elementary school, other methods used were bibliographic and field research, as well as techniques such as questionnaires and interviews, respectively, with students and teachers. The acquired data are presented in tables, where a comparison is made, in order to understand both the student and the teacher's view.Item Jogos teatrais como metodologia na formação de leitores de literatura para estudantes do 8° ano do ensino fundamental de uma escola de Maués- AM.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Paz, Bruna Lima; Nascimento, Dilce Pio; Nascimento, Dilce PioThe present work is a partial comparative investigation of a theoretical-practical nature, which is interconnected between reading and theater practices. The intent is presented as an optional specific methodology, since it is suggested by the PCNs, so this teaching modality sought to carry out experiments in the educational context, in which theatrical workshops were held, as well as an open and closed questionnaire for data collection in a particular 8th grade elementary school class. On the other hand, there was the traditional application of the same questionnaire in another class of the 8th Year of Elementary School. These two methodologies were compared and analyzed, seeking to extract answers that show the reality when working with artistic language, in this case, theater. In this way, there is a qualitative approach that explored the reality, the acquisition of knowledge and the potentiality of the research objects about the suggested theatrical proposal. This study is based on the following theoretical assumptions: Demasi and Souza (2011), Spolin (2010), Bajard (1994), Dalvi, Rezende and Jover-Faleiros (2013), Fonseca (2010), Grossi (2008), Carvalho ( 1989), Freire (2002). As for the result of this research, it was shown that theatrical practices are viable and encouraging in the teaching context, as contact between reader-student, student-work, student-performance was carried out, resulting in rewarding workshops for both students and students. , as well as for the researcher and the teacher.Item Mitos Mawé e Munduruku - guaraná e as serpentes que criaram a noite(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Carneiro, Alcinei Pimentel; Sicsu, Delma Pacheco; Sicsu, Delma PachecoThe Mythology of the Amazonian Peoples is a field to be studied, analyzed and understood for the preservation of the identity and cultural memory of the native populations of the region. The Guarana Myth of the Saterés Mawés and the Myth of the Serpents that created the night of the Mundurukus are examples of narratives that relate the origin of elements or symbols that are linked to the culture of these ethnic groups. Guarana for the Mawés is the center of explanations about its origin and social organization and that of the Serpents that created the night for the Munduruku is an awakening in their people, a love for their own history, for the struggles, victories and defeats that have taken place over the years. of time. It is within the indigenous mythical perspective that this article aims to show the importance of these Myths for maintaining the cultural identity of the Maueense community, whose origin is linked to two native societies, the Sateré Mawé and the Munduruku. The theoretical support for the discussion of the subject in question was the study by Frederico Kruger, Nunes Pereira, Micea Eliade, Everardo Rocha, Walter Benjamin, Finley, Joseph Campbell, George Gusdorf, Figueroa and other leading scholars on the subject.Item A música como instrumento facilitador de letramento no 9° de uma escola pública de Maués(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2020-08-02) Castro, Ester Guimarães de; Nascimento, Dilce PioWe know how important reading and writing are for life in society. Yet, it has become increasingly necessary not only to know how to read and write, but also to make use of these skills in day-to-day activities. In view of the above, we find in the textual music genre a strong ally for the literacy process. That is, in the capacity that the subject develops when mastering the reading and writing show how this genre can be an instrument that facilitates literacy in two 9th grade classes from a Public School in the Municipality of Maués-AM. To this end, it was based on bibliographic research using authors such as Solé (1998), Kleiman (2002), Martins (2006), Cosson (2014), Marcuschi (2002), Costa (2002, 2003) among others. For being a field research We opted for a qualitative approach because the type of investigation presents observation and analysis of reality in a natural way, but at the same time complex and contextualized. As a result of research carried out analysis of questionnaires and textual production of 9th grade students.Item A narrativa oral das mulheres sobre a farinha na comunidade São Bonifácio do rio Marau-AM.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Batista, Adeil dos Santos; Nascimento, Dilce PioDespite the practical knowledge in the production of the flour, we do not have documents or recipes regarding the preparation, or even records that can support the emergence of this food. Based on this observation, we seek to address the production of manioc flour, and to understand the role of women in the production of flour in the São Bonifácio Rio Miriti / Marau Community. Nowadays, there are still doubts about who produces it, that is, whether this production is the responsibility of the indigenous man or woman as well as knowing the whole process of the flour until it becomes healthy food consumed at meals. In order to better contextualize this theme, we use some theoretical notes about the term flour production in the view of authors who study this area of knowledge, such as: Amaral & Vieira (2009), Torres (2014), Kauss & Peruzzo (2012), Silva (2015). Followed by methodological delineations with the qualitative ethnographic participant approach, with results obtained through interviews with the application of questionnaires. The results revealed the importance of women in the production of flour, taking into account the customs and tradition inherited by a certain people.Item Narrativas orais: relatos históricos da cidade de Maués-AM sob a perspectiva de alguns idosos do município.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-03) Paiva, Maressa Rúbia Freitas de; Nascimento, Dilce Pio; Nascimento, Dilce PioThis article brings reflections on research carried out on studies related to oral narratives, more specifically those linked to historical reports made by the elderly in the municipality of Maués/Am. The general objective is to research the culture and history of the municipality of Maués through oral narratives told by the elderly. To achieve this objective, phenomenological methods were used, with a qualitative approach, supported by a bibliographic research that talks about oral narratives, history, culture, individual memory, collective memory and the memory of the elderly as a historical rescue. The field research was carried out in the municipality of Maués, in the interior of Amazonas, where a total of 30 narratives from the elderly were collected, of which 05 (five) were selected, as they contain more important data for the history of the municipality in question. Through the analysis of the narratives, physical, historical and cultural changes were observed. It was noticed the cultural erasure, the devaluation of guarana, changes in the customs of the Maueense people, which are gradually being modified by the advance of modernity. For this reason, there is a need for cultural rescue to keep the memory and customs of our people alive, with the aim of valuing and preserving who we are. In order to strengthen our studies, the theoretical basis came from the works of Cascudo (1978), Bossi (1994), Todorov (2006) and others.Item Novas tecnologias e o professor de língua portuguesa: caminhos e desafios na escola(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-01) Moreira, Elisane Oliveira da Silva; Sicsu, Delma Pacheco; Sicsu, Delma PachecoThis article addresses the theme “New Technologies and the Portuguese Language Teacher: Paths and challenges at school”, based on the perspective of a dynamic and dialogic teaching. The objective of this study is to identify which factors contribute to the use of technology in Portuguese language classes. Many teachers still see new technologies as an obstacle in the classroom and the resistance of these teachers to use them in the classroom undoubtedly reflects on student learning. In view of this, it is important to understand the system involved in the challenges and paths taken regarding the use of technology in Portuguese language classes and the role of the teacher in relation to this theme. In the search for answers to concerns about the theme of this study, the methodology of this research is qualitative in nature, method of dialectical approach, type of field, as well as bibliographic to guide and give veracity to the information contained in this work; the research subjects are 10 teachers and 10 students from a public school in the municipality of Maués-Am. The research arose from the question: what is the pedagogical practice of the Portuguese language teacher within the inclusive context, based on studies carried out with deaf high school students in Maués? Objectives were drawn based on observations during the internship period. Based on this reality, the article brings important contributions from authors such as Edmarcius Carvalho Novaes, Patrícia Fontinel Trevisan & Júlio Carregari, and Edilene Aparecida Ropoli. The methodological approach used came from a field research with a hypothetical-deductive approach. However, this article brings research that will contribute to other research and to society in general, since deaf students cannot be forgotten or excluded from the educational context.Item Preconceito linguístico sofrido por pessoas com baixo grau de escolaridade no bairro de Santa Luzia no munícipio de Maués.(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-08-02) Silva, Francinilda Andreice Brandão da; Castro, Franklin Roosevelt Martins de; Castro, Franklin Rosevelt Martins deThis work is titled Linguistic Prejudice, where the main objective of the present research is to analyze the factors responsible for the Linguistic Prejudice, suffered by people with a low level of schooling on Maria Madalena street, in the Santa Luzia neighborhood in Maués-AM, in addition to identifying how this prejudice affects the social life of these people. With this in mind, in order to have a more accurate understanding of the subject, the research started first from the studies already carried out by Bagno (2006, 2007, 2008), Martelotta (2010), Goffman (1998), Calvet (2002), Labov ( 2008), among other scholars on the subject. After this bibliographic study, a field research was carried out using the quantitative method, where the type of research was descriptive. According to this research, it can be concluded that, in fact, the variant used by this group of people with a low level of education is considered to have the least prestige, which makes them the target of prejudices that make these people feel inferior. in relation to the others that make use of the most prestigious variant.
