Projeto Rosas Dança de Salão e a influência na inserção de novos profissionais da dança na cidade de Manaus

Abstract

Considering that the "Rosas Dança de Salão" project promotes quality of life, learning and artistic experience, research on the influence of the Rosas project in the insertion of new dance professionals in the city of Manaus, in order to catalog former project participants who they are currently dance professionaly. The research was guided by the following specific objectives: to investigate how many students have participated in the Rosas project since its creation; To apply a questionnaire with the former Rosas project participants who started their work with ballroom dancing; Present an overview of ballroom dancing professionals who are active in the job market. Then, a bibliographic search is performed, exploratory , with field study, and quantitative analysis. Given this, it's observed in the panorama a small number of graduates in Dance, in relation to the influence of the project, only one reported that they weren't motivated through the project, which requires the realization that the Rosas project contributes in a motivating way to the insertion of new professionals in ballroom dancing in Manaus.
