Práticas etnomatemáticas: possibilidades de organizadores prévios da aprendizagem matemática para alunos ribeirinhos

Abstract

This article presents results of a research carried out in a riverside community in the municipality of Nhamundá-AM. The research problem is: how can ethnomathematical practices developed in a riverside community constitute prior organizers of mathematical learning in the final years of Elementary School? From which the general objective arises, which is to analyze how the ethnomathematical practices developed in the riverside community can constitute prior organizers of mathematical learning in the final years of Elementary School. This is qualitative research that used, in the construction of data, observation, interviews, photographic records and documentary analysis, which were analyzed through triangulation. The results allow us to infer that in sociocultural activities there is the mobilization of mathematical ideas, which allow an articulation between ethnomathematical knowledge and curricular content, allowing them to be seen as possible contexts for teaching mathematics.
