Turismo e literatura:m estudo do contexo hestórico livro ''dois irmãos'' de milton hatoum

Abstract

This work aimed to approach the importance of the relationship between Tourism and Literature, and Literary Tourism as a way of identifying in the fictional spaces of the work “Dois Irmãos” by Milton Hatoum, the tourist attractions with possible potential for local tourism. The main objective of this work was to analyze and identify fragments in the work that help in understanding the historical and cultural context of the city of Manaus. For this purpose, a qualitative research of bibliographic nature was used, with the use of written material such as books, articles, dissertations, theses, magazines and electronic journals. We used as a theoretical framework, the theories of Margarita Barretto, Sidney Aguiar, Patrícia Silva, Camilla Xicatto, Leno Souza, Inês Carvalho, Maria Simões, Anabela Sardo, among others. Besides, mainly, use the novel Dois Irmãos (2000) by Amazonian writer Milton Hatoum to analyze the fragments that portray the tourist attractions of the city of Manaus.
