Abstract

The present work is the result of a reflection based on current and older literature, using some important theorists to reflect on the impacts of the proposal of the new high school, which is starting to be implemented now (2022) in schools across the country. It seeks to present the history of Education, and also of Philosophy in Brazil, presenting the idea and the very document that guides the [new] High School, the Base Nacional Comum Curricula (BNCC), and finally reflects on the impact of this new model of education. education based on FREIRE and ADORNO, and its reflexes on democracy, seeking to reflect on a possible way out within the document itself, which is Interdisciplinary Education and Ecology, would be the possibility of taking the last consequences to its own base.
