Resumo

The research carried out aimed to establish a dialogue with Brazilian black female literature based on the narratives of women living in the Castanhal neighborhood, in the municipality of Parintins - AM. The research arises from the idea that the different experiences experienced by marginalized black women in the community context are loaded with marks that characterize their place of speech in society, hence the need to listen to these voices and subsequently disseminate them, aiming to promote visibility to the experiences, knowledge and positions of women in different contexts. The qualitative approach research collected through open and unstructured interviews and participant observation, the life stories and experiences of three black women who live in the area, revealing the challenges, resistance and struggles in the environment in which they are inserted. And the analysis made of the collected interviews sought to establish an important dialogue with Brazilian black female literature, highlighting the literary productions of black authors Maria Firmina dos Reis (2018), Carolina Maria de Jesus (2014) and Conceição Evaristo (2005). That way, the work carried out emphasizes the importance of promoting visibility to the narratives of women from the Castanhal neighborhood, as it values not only the interviewees but also a range of women who feel represented by the stories they tell. Futhermore, it is hoped that this work will inspire new studies along these same lines.
