Abstract

This experience report aims to highlight, based on experiences lived during the supervised internship I and II of the History degree course at the State University of Amazonas, the importance of using Contemporary Cross-Cutting Themes during classes as an educational tool so that students could build knowledge about the content worked on in the classroom. The methodology of this work is characterized as qualitative, since the results obtained arose from observations and reflections carried out in teaching practice. The work aims to substantiate the importance of Contemporary Cross-Cutting Themes during the supervised internship in History classes, seeking to enrich the educational process and exploring the effectiveness of these themes as a pedagogical aid.
