Abstract

This experience report aims to reflect on the experiences during supervised internship I, carried out at the João Lobo Educational Center, from August 9th to 29th, 2023. The article seeks to analyze the importance of pedagogical practices in the educational context, with an emphasis on Youth and Adult Education (EJA), highlighting the relevance of this experience for the training of future teachers. The internship experience provides a valuable exchange of knowledge, highlighting the role of the teacher as a mediator and facilitator of the teaching-learning process.
