A importância da culinária amazônica no ensino aprendizagem na disciplina de história do estágio II

Abstract

Amazonian culture is embedded in all aspects of municipalities, especially those aimed at the holistic development of citizens. Therefore, the school is one of the main means of education and is practically neutral regarding the influence of culture on student learning. Thus, the objective of this research was to understand the lack of student interactivity in the History classroom, focusing on culinary culture in the teaching-learning process, seeking to identify the lack of emphasis on this content. This involved stimulating knowledge of local culinary culture through a cultural event focused on the content taught and developed by the students. In addition, a brief questionnaire was applied to better understand the students' views on the topic. Given what was proposed, the results were satisfactorily achieved, as it was observed that events within the school are of great importance and provide numerous benefits in the school environment. Furthermore, the students' involvement in differentiated classes was noticeable. Finally, it is understood that this work was of great relevance in providing knowledge construction for the students, leading to progress in the learning process.
