Item Análise dos conhecimentos prévios do conteúdo de citologia pelos estudantes do 1º ano do ensino médio à luz da teoria da aprendizagem significativa(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2016-04-11) Maia, Sheila Fernades Tavares; Silva, Silvio José Reis da; Magalhães, Arthur Philipe Cândido de; Chaves, Rosana Cléia Carvalho; Rizzatti, Ivanise MariaThis work describes the diagnostic analysis of previous knowledge of 15 high school freshmen about Cytology at a city school in the municipality of Boa Vista/RR. This research is being carried out in the Graduate Program in Science teaching at State University of Roraima – PPGEC/UERR; based on the development of educational software focused on Cytology teaching. The objective of this research is to assess the contribution of educational software called „Céllulla‟ about the acquisition of new concepts of Cytology. Data collection was through a diagnostic test containing seven essay questions addressing more general concepts of the subject. The results of this diagnostic test were used as the basis for the developing the „Céllula‟ software. The diagnostic reveals that most of the students have very elementary knowledge about the animal cell, or in other words, did not present the expected results. The result was fundamental for developing the educational software considering previous knowledge of the students. Keywords: Cytology. Science teaching. The theoretical framework was based on Freinet (1998, 2004, 2010), Freire (1996), Gadotti (1995), Soares (2010), Chassot (2003 e 2004). The methodological process was composed by a quality approach by using bibliographical survey technicalities, participant observation and analysis of the questionnaire applied to the biological sciences course’s instructors besides the students of the same course who took part in the survey. The methodological process had as result the analysis of the lessons field which solution indicates the importance of the Not Formal Spaces used by UERR’s biological sciences course for improving the teaching and learning, the construction and production of the knowledge by contributing to the development of the science teaching by helping to overcome the difference between theory and practice by giving in fact the necessary support for the performance of the future teachers. The pedagogic practice, developed in the lessons field in Not Formal Spaces, shown by itself several challenges to the biological sciences course’s instructors by contributing to the knowledge construction. As we can see, the emotion and the sensation, felt during the lessons field in Not Formal Spaces, developed the learning of the contents by helping to understand the reality besides the possibility realized through the motivation and interaction between student and instructor as the base for the construction and production knowledge process besides to offer a transformer pedagogic practice being able to improve the future teachers’ professional practice. This research was carried out in 2014 in the chemistry laboratory of the State University of Roraima, during the classes of the subject "Experimentation in Science Education" with the participation of 8 graduate students from the areas of Chemistry, Physics, and Pedagogy. The activity consisted of the development of two experiments, which addressed concepts were discussed based on previous knowledge of the participants. After the activity, a questionnaire was applied, which analysis revealed the importance of experimental classes in a participatory and meaningful learning perspective. The results showed that most of the material was considered interesting and the use of experimentation is an important activity for the teaching-learning process. Keywords: Science teaching. This article assessed ten public high schools of Boa Vista, Roraima, on the use of experimental classes in Chemistry teaching at the schools, as well as the structural conditions of schools for the use of experimentation as proposed teaching, and aspects related to education and training of Chemistry teachers. The results obtained through the use of questionnaires and visits to schools, showed that the number of experimental activities is insufficient or non-existent, andthat many schools don’t have Chemical or Science laboratory, nor another type of room intended for that purpose. Although all teachers in this work are licensed in Chemistry, reported deficiencies in training in the use of experimentation. Keywords: Experimentation. Chemistry teaching. Therefore, we had as start point the following question: in which way the Germano Augusto Sampaio Municipal Park may aid Science Teaching on Child Education? Thus, this research has a qualitative approach with a descriptive, inductive, and participant field research in a class with 27 students at a city school in the west district of the municipality of Boa Vista/RR. Along this, it was perceived that, in order to promoted the education on science, is to create opportunity to the children to have contact with themes which involve the issues and the approximation of daily reality, therefore, the non-formal spaces create opportunity to dialogue, the expansion of experiences and new learning to Child Education students. This research has a qualitative and descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through application of a questionnaire with open and closed questions, 6 science teachers and 100 students attending the 4th and 5th grade answered this questionnaire. The results show that although the presence of technologies in daily life of the students and the mastery and interest in technological tools, the use of these tools by teachers for the development of learning is still not meaningful. On the other hand, although some schools have presented an increase in the evaluation of the IDEB from 2007 to 2013, the insertion of educational technologies for the production of knowledge in the school environment, has not been clearly the reason for this change. In this regard, an experiment involving concepts of solubility and temperature was adapted to visual disabled students from public schools of Boa Vista, in the state of Roraima. We used the Accessibility thermometer (TA) which was developed to help students with visual/hearing disabilities in experimentation activities involving chemistry concepts. The results proved that the adapted experiment aided in understanding the theory, stimulated the use of touch and hearing senses, in turning the student into an active character in the teaching-learning process, and also in instigating the interest of the student in other practical classes. This research presents a proposal to address the content of organic functions elaborated by a blind teacher to attend a deaf student of the third year of the Computer Maintenance course integrated to the High School of a state school in Boa Vista, Roraima. A pedagogical kit was set up to assemble the organic molecules, materials for the production of perfumes and Hand Talk Software was used as a voice translator for Libras to facilitate communication with the deaf student and in learning the content Addressed. Of qualitative approach based on participatory observation, this research was conducted with students of the 5th grade of a public elementary school in Alto Alegre / RR. We used a diagnostic activity to ascertain the students' previous knowledge of Electronic Junk content. A didactic sequence using as one of the strategies an electronic question and answer game was used. In the end, we applied and analyzed an evaluation activity to verify significant learning signs. We have observed that the use of the computer laboratory, when relying on a scheme and a theory, consists of an important element for building up scientific concepts that refer to the content worked, contributing thus to a meaningful learning. Sought to achieve the overall goal of analyzing the process of conducting science fair, with teachers, in order to observe whether this is produced from the perspective of pedagogy projects and from there proceed to identify the effects of the science fair considering the scientific literacy of students of basic education in the municipalities of São Luiz do Anauá and Alto Alegre. The specific objectives were : to diagnose the current situation of the process of the realization of the science fair in basic education in the municipalities of São Luiz do Anauá and Alto Alegre; verify that teachers of basic education in the municipalities of São Luiz do Anauá and Alto Alegre use pedagogy of projects for the fair of science and identify if , in the view of teachers , scientific literacy is a reflection produced by the science fair with students of basic education in the cities studied . This work was guided by the following research question: in the opinion of the teachers conducting the science fair and work with projects pedagogy assist in scientific literacy of students of basic education in the municipalities of São Luiz do Anauá and Alto Alegre? In methodological procedures we used the qualitative and quantitative approach. The research was ethnographic and made use of instruments such as taped interviews with key informants and questionnaires , these instruments were intended to capture is the opinion of the teachers , the science fair contributes to the scientific literacy of school students primary and secondary , as well as pedagogy project is part of the routine of teachers . It employed the technique of field observation in order to record the feelings and emotions of the subjects studied at the time participated in the survey. The study indicated that teachers believe that science fair helps student scientific literacy and pedagogy projects can be a methodology that drives this process in primary and secondary education.
