Item Educação Patrimonial e Turismo: uma união com a disciplina de História em direção ao conhecimento e a valorização da identidade amazônica(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2021-12-20) Boneth, Joicynilde Freitas; Santos, Lúcia Cláudia Barbosa; Santos, Lúcia Cláudia Barbosa; Teixeira, Maria Adriana Sena Bezerra; Guimarães, Márcia Raquel CavalcanteThis research aims to analyze how the state schools of Manaus work in history classes, heritage education and tourism as an item of knowledge and rescue of the Amazonian identity. The methodology used is characterized as a case study, inserted in the qualitative-interpretative mold. For this, the perceptions of it begin, about Heritage Education and Tourism as a teaching-learning tool in the state public school, with the high school grades, through a broad and comprehensive view of its pedagogical practice parallel to the discipline of History. To support this study, this research used, among other concepts, cultural heritage, heritage education and cultural tourism: Carneiro et. al (2021), Federal Constitution of 1988; UNESCO, Horta et. (1999), Beni (2007), among other authors. Next, there are the analyses of the questionnaire, aimed at history teachers who teach classes for high school. The results obtained indicate that in the opinion of teachers the teaching of heritage education and tourism in schools is important, and that the themes have already been mentioned at least once in the classroom during some contents about the history of amazonas. The city´s formation is closely linked to the incredibly prosperous cultivation of rubber in the nineteenth century; the period was responsible for the European character of the city. In this sense, the Centro Cultural Largo de São Sebastião, located in the Historic Center, is one of the main attractions of the city. Therefore, it would be beneficial to investigate the profile of visitors to the Centro Cultural Largo de São Sebastião and to learn how satisfied they are with the services offered there. The aim of this research is to create profiles of the Centro´s tourists and to determine their level of satisfaction. Doing so will make it possible to design marketing strategies in the hope of making improvements in the planning, dissemination and characterization of this important attraction in the city. The present study was developed through both qualitative and quantitative research. The methodology used was exploratory and descriptive, and a more accurate and structured data collection remains possible. The study made use of a questionnaire placed at the Centro Cultural Largo de São Sebastião and in a nearby hotel between May 5, 2018 and May 15, 2018, with non-probabilistic sampling, with 207 interviews carried out as study in order to obtain results through the tabulation and verification of the data collected. This research aims to foment tourist activity in the city of Manaus by making use of the tourists´ feedback about the services offered there because it was possible to trace the profile of the tourist consumer and his satisfaction. and to facilitate further research among students and professionals in tourism with the overall objective of providing an excellent experience for visitors. .Item Agências de turismo e resíduos sólidos: destinação dos resíduos sólidos gerados pelas agências de turismo associadas à ABAV/AM - Associação Brasileira de Agências de Viagens do Amazonas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-06-19) Lima, Ariana Caldeira de; Fonsêca, Maria Helena de Souza; Fonsêca, Maria Helena de Souza; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Oliveira, Jany Alfaia deIt is considered that on the current days, become more evident the serious environmental problems. Is perceived that the consumerism on the whole world increase gradually, because, get something, lot of time is synonymous of social relations well succeed, however the situation is found desperate to the world. People and animals are affected through the great production of services and products, e consequently through the incorrect discard of trash. The waste has became a huge problem to the world, without measures e policies for the same, it is despised in a way fully irresponsible. This monography on quantitative and bibliography research, has as objective, describe the solid waste generated and the destination of then, taking as reference the data collection by means of questionnaires applied on the travel agencies associated to ABAV. Was used the inductive method, in which was observed the answers obtained on the questionaires, whose result revealed that exist few interaction through the correct discard of trash generated by the agencies. It was also stated that the public power in the city of Manaus has a fragility towards the treatment and support to the correct discard of garbage. Ultimately, is perceived that the people need to be sensitized for this serious problem, to act consciously and responsible through the environmental issues.Item Gastronomia do Amazonas: percepção dos permissionários da praia do Tupé - Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Tupé(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-06-11) Lira, Ana Celina Xavier de; Coutinho, Helen Rita Menezes; Coutinho, Helen Rita Menezes; Ferst, Marklea da Cunha; Guimarães, Márcia Raquel CavalcanteSince the cuisine of Amazonas is very peculiar, with strong and authentic features, what differs it from the gastronomy of other regions. This research sought to describe the cuisine of Amazonas, in the perception of the permission of Tupé beach. The general objective of the research is to identify the gastronomic identity of Tupé beach according to the perception of these permit holders. The specific objectives are to trace the profile of the permission holders, to report the general characteristics of the cultural cuisine of the Tupé according to the perception of the permission, to analyze if the local gastronomy represents the gastronomic identity of the Amazonas, and to describe the difficulties that these licensees find to mount the local gastronomy. In order to reach the objectives, it was used the technique of observation and field research, as an instrument of data collection, it was used forms with qualitative, open and closed questions. The results were positive, showing a good level of satisfaction and reliability in relation to the gastronomic products and the perception of the permission holders, in relation to the gastronomy of the Amazon. As it is a service legislated and supervised by the city of Manaus, it is necessary to pay more attention to the qualification of the professional who works in the place. For that, documental research was used as a method for data collection, as well as a closed questionnaire obtaining quantitative and qualitative data, as a case study, providing support for the analysis and subsidies for the answer to the problem: what are the qualifications of the professional (taxi driver), often the first contact with the tourist in the city of Manaus. The surveys were carried out with 40 taxi drivers, thus representing 50% of the professionals who provide service at the location. The objectives were concluded where the companies that operate at the airport were presented, being the means by which professionals provide their services on the spot, needing only to have the taxi driver's documents regularized. Also, it was found that most professionals have been working in the place for a long time, but few have qualification courses. Although, through the present research, it was noticed that there were already courses destined to the category, but the lack of time available to go to classes was an obstacle for them to complete the course, so it is stated that the main responsible for qualifying are the taxi drivers themselves, as it is useless for the public and private authorities to teach courses if the professional does not complete them. Still, it can be seen that most of the interviewees received some kind of qualification during the period they work in the place, but it has been some time since and, in this case, these courses need to be continuous and frequent, as they constitute a differential in a highly heated market.Item Praça Heliodoro Balbi: um estudo do logradouro público como potencialidade turística(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-10-19) Xavier, Sara de Moura; Guimarães, Márcia Raquel Cavalcante; Guimarães, Márcia Raquel Cavalcante; Teixeira, Maria Adriana Sena Bezerra; Santos, Lúcia ClaúdiaThe research aims to identify the tourist potential of a square as a public place in a city. In this investigation, the Heliodoro Balbi Square (Manaus, Amazonas) was the main object of study, as well as its surroundings. Therefore, the main objective was: to analyze the tourist attractiveness of the public place Heliodoro Balbi Square. And as for the specific objectives: to rescue the historicity of Praça Heliodoro Balbi and the relationship with the protected built heritage of its surroundings; evaluate the tourist and support infrastructure of the public place and its surroundings; and interpret the elements that would integrate the possible tourist potential of Heliodoro Balbi Square. As for the methodological procedures, the research is qualitative with exploratory determination. Data collection was applied from the observation technique with consultation in documentary collections such as the internet and physical books. The data collection instrument used was prepared based on the Guimarães (2021) Observation Form, containing systematized interpretive elements, making it possible to analyze the square as an element of tourist attractiveness. The data indicate that there is tourist potential in the square, and it is up to the government to develop urban tourism in the city of Manaus. However, the results allowed visibility to public places in the tourist scene not only covering the built heritage, but also the urban heritage from all the existing support and historicity.Item Empreendimentos turísticos em formação: um estudo de caso nos flutuantes no Tarumã-Açu em Manaus - Amazonas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-24) Ferreira, Alexandre Godeau; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel Batista; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Araújo, João Carvalho deThe Tarumã Açu Hydrographic Basin, located within the urban area of Manaus, has several floating houses such as bars, restaurants and types of sevice. With great potential for several tourism segments, Tarumã Açu receives an increasing number of visitors who seek contact with nature and Amazonian culture, generating jobs and boosting the local economy. However, this potentially tourism area has been growing without adequate planning and under severe anthropic pressure, interventions such as urban sprawl, occupation of the riparian forests and, consequently, the possible compromise of all its biodiversity. This research aim is to analyzing the impacts of services and floating offers in the Tarumã Açu Hydrographic Basin. As a result, the importance of the environmental awareness of local entrepreneurship is presented, by adopting sustainable practices in the performance of their activities, such as effluent treatment stations (ETE); The growing number of floating houses in the area in these past few years, the lack of adequate monitoring by the institutions responsible for the management and supervision of the area and also the area potential to become a important tourist zone for the region.Item Um estudo da potencialidade turística do Mirante das Lajes(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-24) Nobre, Aline Santos; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Teixeira, Maria Adriana Sena Bezerra; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Teixeira, Maria Adriana Sena Bezerra; Lima, José Carlos; Coutinho, Helen Rita MenezesConsidering the landscape aspects that surround the Lajes Belvedere, this work sought to investigate the Belvedere’s touristic potential, in view of its touristic use. The specific objectives were to describe the natural and cultural environment of the object under study and to study the degree of tourism potential. The research had a qualitative-quantitative approach with the use of bibliographic, documentary and field research techniques in which there was observation, questionnaires application and interviews were carried out. From this investigation it was verified that the surrounding landscape of the Lajes Belvedere presents important characteristics for touristic use and especially for the valorization of the local culture and history. As for the attractiveness potential, it can be considered high, but it is still a tourist resource, and can become an effective attraction with investments in basic infrastructure and tourism.Item Turismo e tecnologias digitais: uma análise da importância dos blogs na divulgação do Amazonas como destino turístico(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-19) Oliveira, Emilly Tavares de; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Maia, Karla Cristina Ribeiro; Schmidt, SteffanieThe digital world is increasingly present in the life of our society, for this reason, this influences more and more the decisions of our day-to-day and others as a trip. Today the most publicized thing on social media is the experience. The tourism is more present in social networks like Instagram and Facebook, which are favorites in the decisions of the tourist destination. But, the Blogs, and old virtual communication tool, that are frequently used for sharing experiences related to Tourism. Written by people who travel and share content about a particular tourist destination in the form of texts and photos; and with the improvement of digital media, many bloggers are engaged in this activity. In this context, this research has as general objective to identify the places and itineraries publicized by the blogs for tourist visitation in Amazonas. And the specific objectives are: i) relate the blogs associated with the Associação Brasileira de Blogs de Viagem - ABBV and Rede Brasileira de Blogs de Viagem - RBBV that publicized the destination Amazonas; ii) quantify the cities publicized; and iii) analyze on a temporal scale the number of posts about Amazonas. The blog literature that underlies the research is based on Schittini (2002); Barbosa and Granado (2004); and Bausch, Haughey, Hourihan (2002); Vignati (2008) with the definition of tourism and Ignarra (2003) presenting the concept of tourism segment. It was adopted as a methodology the data collection with descriptive and quantitative analysis. With this study, we seek to emphasize tourism and to associate its promotion with digital technologies, given the impact they cause in the present day for all segments and user profiles. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was made on sixty-four travel blogs which have promoted the Amazonas as a tourist destination in the last 10 years. Therefore, the research results indicate that the blogs whose are associated with this platforms, trough information and reports presented, contributed to the identification of places and tourist itineraries of Amazonas, but, mainly, to need to include these means of communication in the strategic planning of the Tourism Superstructure.Item A teoria do Espaço Turístico de Boullón: aplicação para formatação de um roteiro turístico fluvial da orla de Manaus/AM(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2019-06-27) Simões, Tamires Gonçalves; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Batista, Selma Paula Maciel; Guimarães, Márcia Raquel Cavalcante; Souza, Maria Arminda Castro Mendonça deFrom the west to the east, the urban border of Manaus is composed of cultural and natural elements that portray the history of the Manauara people. However, some of these elements, due to lack of information or a specialized look, are less valued than others. With this approach, based on an experience in lessons of field of Geography Applied to Tourism, we sought to materialize, in this monograph, the tourism potential identified with the practice. The reference of the Urban Tourism Space Theory of Roberto C. Boullón (2002) used to read the landscape of the Urban Border of Manaus; with contributions from local authors for the collection of information from the focal points of tourist attraction identified, such as Otoni Mesquita (1999, 2019), Durango Duarte (2009, 2012), Ellza Souza (2010), Isaac Sousa Meirelles (2004) and Euclides da Cunha (1999). The present study had as general goal to evaluate the potential tourist attractions present on the border of the city, as an alternative for the format of a waterway tourist route. Among the specific goals was: i) to identify in Border's landscape potential tourist attractions based on Boullón's theory (2002) related to focal points; ii) to describe relevant data and information on the identified attractions; iii) to submit a proposal for a tourism itinerary to contemplate the landscape to the urban border of Manaus. The research based on primary sources was done in an exploratory-descriptive way with the technique of intensive direct observation, with participation in two scripts realized in the year 2016, as student of the discipline; and in the year of 2018, as invited to carry out the research. In secondary sources, information was collected in the bibliography of local authors and virtual research. The results indicate that, nonetheless of the negative impacts generated by man in border's natural environment, the elements in the landscape represent the cultural diversity present in the Manauara identity. In this context, the research is expected to contribute to the tourism trade, based on the offer of a river tourism itinerary that portrays the origins and history of Manaus, from the objects materialized in the cultural landscape Border of the Manaus.
