Resumo
Recalling my memories is the main reason for constructing a narrative of my transgender process, where every mark, every scar and every gesture are traces of identity experiences. Guided by the concept of “Escrevivência” (Evaristo, 2009), as a research methodology, I trace alternative paths of writing, outside academic standards. Uncomfortable Body is a parallel research between the oppression, exposure and violations imposed by the heteronormative sex-gender 'cystem' and my dissident corporeal trajectory/life experience. With this, I formulate three corporeal epistemologies as an experience that constitutes my body through the processes that have marked it: Uncomfortable, (Self)Subversion and Non-Binary Existence. I use the momentary capture, the(performative) photographic records, to connect ephemeral memories between past and present, and constitute an internal dialog with myself. The reverberations postulated here have generated a corporeality that is not an end, but rather other possibilities for continuing
